Ms. Tanu Priya Gupta is a litigation lawyer, with professional experience exceeding eight  years  in handling matters relating to general civil litigation, corporate commercial litigation and  alternate dispute various sectors. Over the last few years, a major thrust of her practice has been infrastructure and construction projects, power projects, real-estate, and banking amongst others. Ms. Gupta has rendered advise on contractual disputes,  contentious  employment/service  disputes, regulatory & legal framework to facilitate compliance and on processes to  avoid/mitigate risks in the conduct of business.

Ms. Gupta regularly represents PSUs, Government Bodies, MSMEs and private contractors on a wide spectrum of matters before various forums – Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and other High Courts, District Courts in Delhi and several tribunals/ commissions.

Ms. Gupta has an extensive and elaborate experience of handling both Litigation and Alternative dispute Resolution on matters related to National Highways Authority of India, Ministry of Road Transport, Airports Authority of India, Air India Limited etc.. to name a few.
